Successful graduates of our vetting engine choose one of three career trajectories:

  2. Fractional Founder Associate: Build your own "book of business" by supporting multiple founders concurrently.

  3. Venture Building: Launch your own startup with our legal, tech, and investor infrastructure behind you.

How You Generate Recurring Income

Once vetted, you can build a stable, scalable income through our ecosystem:

  • Fractional Memberships: Secure month-to-month retainers (typically 10–20 hours a week). Because you are independent, you can "stack" multiple clients to multiply your earnings.

  • Commission/Retainer Splits: * 75% Retainer Share if Founder.Careers sources the client.

    • 90% Retainer Share if you source the client yourself (10% covers your CRM and tech stack).

  • The Net Positive Guarantee: To de-risk the investment for founders, your income is tied to value. Once you exceed the cost of your membership in generated revenue, you unlock additional bonuses.

Scaling Beyond Your Bandwidth

You aren't limited by your own 24 hours. Successful Associates scale by:

  1. Hiring a Team: Use your retainers to hire VAs or sub-agents to handle execution while you manage the strategy.
