BA Lifting Operations was founded in 2020 by Joshua Bain to fix that. With over a decade of hands-on experience across construction, rail, and safety-critical environments - as an operative, a client, and a recruiter - Joshua built a group that understands the industry from every angle.

The group operates across three arms: BA Lifting Operations Ltd supplies CPCS-accredited operatives and delivers lift plans and risk assessments for contractors across London and the UK. BA Lifting Training Ltd runs accredited courses - CPCS refreshers, IPAF, PASMA, Thames Water Passport, and more - with one-to-one career mapping from first qualification to site-ready professional. BA Lifting Operations CIC works with London councils, charities, and prisons to bring ex-offenders, ex-military, ethnic minorities, and long-term unemployed people into sustainable construction careers.
