Helen Tucker founded Passion & Purpose Retreat after years of leadership, service, and quietly ignoring the call to slow down. The answer wasn't a holiday. It was something more intentional. When she built her dream home by the sea in Kokrobite, Ghana, she created something that quickly became a refuge for others, too - women, couples, conscious travellers, and leaders who needed more than a break. They needed a reset.

Situated along the Atlantic coast, just outside Accra, the retreat is built around a simple belief: rest is not a luxury, it's the foundation. Every programme - from the Saturday Women's Retreat to bespoke leadership and couples experiences - is shaped around mindfulness, guided reflection, creative expression, and connection. The result is a container where guests arrive exhausted and leave purposeful.

Retreat offerings include Women's Wellness, Couples, Solo Traveller, Themed Wellness, Organisational, and Leaders' Retreats - as well as a weekly Saturday retreat open to women in and around Accra.
