Every year, thousands of footballers are released from academy systems and told their window has closed. Most never get a second look. Players Platform Group was built to challenge that.

Founded by Kevin Lema - ex-Premier League player, UEFA licensed coach - Players Platform Group is an elite international football development programme for athletes aged 17-24. Operating across London and Canada, the programme delivers professional-standard coaching across technical, tactical, physical, and mental dimensions - structured to mirror the environment of top-tier clubs without the gatekeeping of a traditional academy.

Players access high-level fixtures, international tours, and curated showcase events designed to keep them visible to scouts and clubs. The results are documented: graduates have gone on to sign with Slough Town FC, St Albans City, Chesham United, Hemel Hempstead Town, and clubs across Thailand, Poland, Gibraltar, and New Zealand.

Players who were told the door was closed are now playing across three continents.
