Meet the Founder: Kevin Lema
Kevin Lema is a purpose-driven leader who has spent over a decade using football as a catalyst for social mobility and professional growth. With a career rooted in high-level player development and community outreach—notably shaping youth programs at Brentford Football Club—Kevin brings a unique blend of elite sporting expertise and a deep commitment to social impact.
His work spans all 32 London boroughs and extends internationally, specifically championing those often overlooked by mainstream systems. Kevin has mentored thousands of young people, including young carers, care leavers, and those at risk of becoming NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training).
