What You Will Do
Cold call and LinkedIn-prospect founders from a warm, curated lead list. Book attended appointments for Initio Capital's Venture Partner team. Confirm and follow up to maximise show rates. Log everything in the CRM. Hand off clean context so the first conversation starts warm.
The Numbers - Venture Scout
Base: $15/hour (20 hours/week = ~$1,200/month)
Commission: $75 per attended appointment (50/month = ~$3,750/month)
Your monthly take: ~$4,950 (~£3,679)

The Numbers - Founder Associate
Platform-sourced clients: You keep 75% of revenue beyond the retainer threshold
Self-sourced clients: You keep 90% of revenue beyond the retainer threshold
Referral bonus: 10% of any Associate's gross retainer for 12 months
