Maria Marshall built Home Care Networking Group (HCNG) to solve a real problem: home care providers in the UK are drowning in operational complexity. Between CQC compliance, staffing shortages, and client acquisition, most founders are stuck working in their business with no time to work on it.

HCNG provides the infrastructure these founders need—business mentoring, regulatory support, and access to a network of 15,000+ care agencies. However, Maria identified a critical gap: her clients needed recruitment support, and HCNG needed the systems to deliver it at scale without Maria having to oversee every moving part.

How We Helped HCNG Build Recruitment Capacity

We partnered with HCNG in August 2024 to stand up their internal recruitment capability. The goal was to build a system Maria owned and operated, rather than an outsourced service she depended on.

  • Recruitment Systems & Process Design: We designed the end-to-end workflow—from candidate screening to placement tracking—and trained the team to execute it.

  • CRM & Pipeline Infrastructure: We implemented the Giig CRM, building the database architecture and automated dashboards needed to manage multiple client pipelines simultaneously.

  • Revenue Operations: We designed transparent commission frameworks and invoicing workflows, creating financial certainty for HCNG’s team and associates.

  • Automation Strategy: Alongside Streemline AI, we prototyped voice agents and automation to handle administrative tasks, reserving human expertise for high-value interactions.
