Maria Marshall built Home Care Networking Group (HCNG) to solve a real problem: home care providers in the UK are drowning in operational complexity. Between CQC compliance, staffing shortages, tender applications, and client acquisition, most founders are stuck working in their business with no time to work on it.

How We Helped HCNG Build Recruitment Capacity
We partnered with HCNG in August 2024 to help them stand up their own recruitment capability—not as an outsourced service, but as infrastructure they own and operate.
Recruitment Systems & Process Design
We designed the end-to-end recruitment workflow—from client intake and job posting to candidate screening, interview coordination, and placement tracking. Rather than running it for them, we built the frameworks and trained their team to execute it themselves.
CRM & Pipeline Infrastructure
We implemented and configured their CRM system (Giig), created the database architecture, and built the reporting dashboards they needed to manage multiple client pipelines simultaneously. We set up access controls, commission tracking, and automated workflows so HCNG could scale without manual bottlenecks.
Sales & Client Engagement Assets
We developed sales scripts, outreach templates, and client intake processes tailored to the home care sector. These assets allow HCNG's team to confidently handle discovery calls, proposal generation, and client onboarding without starting from scratch each time.
Automation Strategy & Implementation
Working alongside Streemline AI, we helped HCNG prototype voice agents for training bookings and explore automation opportunities that reduce admin work while maintaining the personal touch their clients expect. The goal: reserve human expertise for high-value interactions, not scheduling calls.

We designed transparent commission frameworks and invoicing workflows that make it clear who earns what, when, and why. This created certainty for HCNG's team and associates while establishing fair compensation models that scale.
